Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship only to selected destinations in West Asia, including Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) and Iraq.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business weeks from dispatch due to the handcrafted nature of products and international transit.
We package each item carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept general returns. Each piece is one-of-a-kind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
